Great experience at the Hilton. Jerry, at the front desk was exceptional. We arrived early and our room wasnt' ready. We didn't really expect to check in early, but Jerry was so kind to give us an upgrade! We found the hotel staff very friendly and professional.

I was called by staff at 1:30 for a noise complaint when we had been asleep since close to 11:00. She was very rude and adamant that we were creating a disturbance. I would suggest in the future you are certain about whom is making a disturbance. I had an excellent meal at Crave and was absolutely sound asleep when I received that call. Do better. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay as it’s a beautiful place to celebrate the ones you love.

I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and i got a good night sleep. The location downtown is super nice to be able to walk to do some shopping and sight seeing of the city.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. For the price, I was disappointed in the appearance of the room. There were stains, chipped paint, and outdated furniture. Parking is also difficult since there is a restaurant in the hotel. The good points of this hotel are the front desk was pleasant, there’s a restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel, and there is a lovely riverwalk outside.

We were passing through for a quick overnight stay on our spring break trip to the Black Hills. Hotel was in a great location in downtown next to the river. Room was clean, quiet, and the typical Hilton standards. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Savannah who went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of!

When we arrived they didn’t have the king room we had reserved. Had 2 queen room instead - they had overbooked their king rooms- we arrived later so we didn’t have the king room. (Thought that was the purpose of a reservation) The elevator wasn’t working on the day we left

We have stayed at a couple other downtown hotels but this is by far our favorite. The restaurant is over the top and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Clean and spacious room. Nice restaurant. Close to downtown. Parking garage easy to access from hotel. Reasonable rate for location and amenities.
