Location was very good. It was not that clean, there were no wash rags in my room. The office was not that friendly. The facility's were ok. The breakfast was decent.

It was good just need to clean the floors as they were really dirty and the rooms were dirty the restroom floors and walls need a good cleaning ther shower drain needs cleas as the water took a long time to drain. the hallway flors look as if they have not been vacuumed in awhile.

We were enjoying an overnight stay for a visit to the Butterfly House/Aquarium. It was ideal for close proximity to a family restaurant and interstate access. The pool was basic but well-kept, warm enough with fresh towels. The breakfast was kept well-stocked and the staff was attentive overall.

The maid service opened my door unannounced at 845am the morning after valentines day. I know they want to get their rooms done but xheck out is 11 and just coming in when i sleep naked is not cool. The room was clean. I stay here alot but this time got me upset. I had not checked out with front desk and i alwsys leave the latch on my door when i leave and tell someone cleaning that im leaving for checkout so they can clean it. I checkout at checkout time. Shouldnt feel rushed and my space invaded early bc they want to get it done to go home make sure there isnt guests on there b4 u let yourself in unannounced.

The bed was hard for the price I paid, wishing they were soft then my bed at home. Other then that it was a fantastic stay. I also had a issue getting my waffle the butter nut was in the original place. Guess service was great everyone was doing a fantastic job
