The stay was pleasant, check in/check out was easy. Front desk staff was nice. Beware of the cleaning staff, they want you out asap. They began knocking on our door at 0915 and every hour after. Check out was at noon. We desperately needed the sleep we paid for to stay here before out long drive. We were very upset about this and frusted.

Our room was relatively clean. The front desk receptionists were not especially friendly. Most of the workers did not really seem to care about the posted rules in the pool area. There was wads of hair floating in the pool and seemed to be alot of garbage to be picked up. The arcade area also had alot of trash laying around. Outside of the building there was trash and cigarettes butts all over. For the price of our 2 night stay it should have been clean, friendly and inviting. Also no breakfast.

We always enjoy this hotel, the pool is great, the price is reasonable and the staff is always pleasant, Highly recommend. The rooms are nicely made and beds are comfortable and very clean. Very Happy. My 3 year old loves the Pirate pool and will play in the water for hours.
