Very beautiful hotel, the furniture is all in excellent condition. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful, we checked in ahead of time, I was very grateful because I was home from a long journey and very tired. Super hotel I recommend

Came for the brand name, very disappointed! Such a star hotel, the equipment is extremely outdated. The air conditioner was too loud to fall asleep, and sleeping is the main function of the hotel. The bathroom is very old. speechless. Not recommended.

Not a fan... never staying at one again. Hardest towels ever. Not updated at all. No USB ports or accessible plug ins.

This is not your typical Sheraton but more like a Disney hotel, lots of over energetic, noisy kids and family’s. Probably because it’s adjacent to a sports stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful but for us the hotel was way too noisy especially in the restaurant and bar. Kids were serving themselves and touching everything which made us feel uncomfortable and the adults they were with were oblivious to what their kids were doing. Disappointing for a Sheraton.

I appreciated the indoor hallway to the event center. This was a stay of necessity as we had one of the heaviest snow and freezing temperatures. Thank you for not charging us for parking!! Paying for parking is rediculous when you already are staying for the entire weekend.

The hotel was nice, I really enjoyed the room and staff was fantastic.
I could only give it three stars because I ordered a Mediterranean Salad (but if did not have that kind of dressing only balsamic which I like so that was fine), but I also ordered it with a grilled chicken breast... The first one I got was so dry I could not even begin to eat it. As I mentioned staff was great, spoke with management, they brought up a second grilled chicken breast and comp'ed my salad. But the second one tasted worst than the first. It also was dry but not as dry, but it had a terrible taste to it, I think it was microwaved and it was inedible. Again I called down to the manager to let him know. He was very kind asked if he could do anything to make it right, but by that time I had eaten most of my salad, so I was good.
I can't imagine the chef was on the job that night, if he/she was, then they need a new chef. Everything else about the stay was great! But maybe eat somewhere else.

Hotel was decent enough, its location attached to the hockey rink made the stay convenient. - Elevators were exceptionally fast and didn’t wait at all even though the place was full. - Bed was firmer than I like. - Staying in the tower overlooking the bar and restaurant was a huge mistake, noise levels at 1:00 AM was not acceptable. Ask when booking to avoid sleeplessness.
