Loved that it came with a recliner in the room. Beds were comfy, quite area. Under remodel so no breakfast… but other then that everything else was really good

My parent's room was given to someone else. The agent didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't do anything to correct the situation. I ordered this room because my mother had hearing issues, but we didn't get that room and were put in another room.

The main road is closed heading to the hotel so cut through the gas station or go around the neighborhood. Absolutely no dishes are in the kitchen but you can buy them at the front desk? (6$ a bowl) You are better off packing your own or stopping at Walmart. The room and hotel were very clean! And quiet!

The hotel was doing remodeling in the kitchen free coffee area. No creamer for coffee by the elevator. Coffee was hot. When we checked in the person who checked us in wanted my visa for possible theft of their room items. It was late. I gave it to him. Why would I want your stuff? Not coming back either.

Stayed two weeks. Room access inside building. Great laundry, business center, wifi. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Had one noise issue with guests on the same floor, one call to front desk resolved it within minutes and it stayed resolved.
