This hotel is top notch! The lobby, commons area and guest rooms are impeccable, with comfortable and well appointed furnishings. The warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival is a thoughtful touch. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Michelle went above and beyond to insure that all guest info was correct. Nick helped problem solve when the front desk internet was temporarily out of service. Vicki in the breakfast area maintained a well stocked buffet of hot food items, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful. I would like to commend the management on a well maintained facility and the hiring of individuals who seemed to truly enjoy their work.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now. Each time the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is good with a variety of options and the pool with slides is awesome for the kids. Newly remodeled and smelled fresh!

Our first room had about 6 young girls bouncing off the walls. Birthday and swim party I assume. I asked to be moved and the desk person was very accommodating. He appreciated us not making him yell at the girls. lol Hopefully night went better for people around them. Kids will be kids but I like quiet at night.
