Bella struttura con tutti i servizi necessari

Ci è stato regalato un soggiorno di due notti presso le Houseboat (pacchetto acquistato da bellavita in Puglia). Dopo un oretta dal check in abbiamo capito che questa esperienza qui non faceva per noi, perché il movimento della casa, seppur non troppo forte, ci provocava una sensazione pesante di malessere legato al mal di mare.. quindi ho chiamato la struttura dell’hotel per chiedere se ci fossero delle alternative come ad esempio pernottare presso la struttura “normale” ma ci è stato detto che era tutto pieno (falso visto che la struttura risultava disponibile sia da Booking che dal loro sito) , e magari di riprovare un altro po a rimanere nella Houseboat perché sicuramente era una sensazione momentanea che sarebbe passata.. Abbiamo provato ancora ma con scarso successo, per cui abbiamo richiamato l’hotel, anche in questo caso tentativo fallito.. addirittura abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile almeno poter pernottare per una sola notte (al prezzo di due che avevamo pagato) perché comunque eravamo arrivati fin lì con l’auto , ma ci è stato negato tutto, l’unica proposta è stata uno sconto sulla camera “normale” (da 82€ a 79€ ) e di non pagare la tassa di soggiorno (che però avevamo già pagato all’ arrivo nell’houseboat).. fine della storia: siamo tornati a casa senza aver ricevuto un minimo di aiuto e senza alcun tipo di soluzione per risolvere lo spiacevole accaduto.. io credo che una struttura del genere sia tenuta ad offrire il massimo servizio ai prori clienti e a cercare di risolvere qualsiasi problematica, gestione del problema non pessima, DI PIÙ ! Puoi avere il migliore hotel del mondo, e le stanze più carine, però se non riesci a gestire questo tipo di soluzione perdi clientela…

Siamo stati ospiti ieri 19 maggio 2024 cosa dire è cambiato tanto sotto ogni aspetto a partire dal pranzo rispetto a qualche anno fa scelto per un evento famigliare portate minime e scarsa qualità il personale sale dal responsabile sala al cameriere non idonei al lavoro stesso poca professionalità nel settore spero possa servire la mia recensione a cambiare ..... La struttura bella come sempre

Ambienti spaziosi, vista super sul Gargano dalla camera.

Very beautiful location. Clean room but not 4 star. Bar service: 2 bottles of sparkling and still water... stop. Very, very poor breakfast with very little choice. Friendly and efficient dining room staff. Staff at the reception are rude to say the least: guests must be greeted first of all. We stayed two nights and in the evening when we returned we had to wait almost ten minutes for the person at the reception to welcome us (I would like to point out that the hotel has an open staircase and on returning we saw the receptionist on the stairs who obviously saw that some customers were returning; she should have gotten off but instead she continued to get on and then got off very calmly without even apologizing for the wait). The selection of staff really leaves something to be desired.

Found out through coupons, it was a great discovery. Easily accessible. The rooms are clean, warm and have a balcony with a great view. Abundant and excellent quality dinner. 24 hour service and friendly staff. The SPA is also beautiful. All very well.

I stayed a few days for Easter 2024, with my family and we have been coming here for several years, because it is always a very nice hotel, with very good services - large swimming pool and friendliness of the staff first and foremost, but this year for the umpteenth time we had big problems with the fridge which didn't cool at all, which continues to be one of the critical points of this hotel, I had left some food, a few things, some fresh snacks, but we had to throw everything away. Not good for a 4 star hotel. Sin. Furthermore, over the years, after various reports they have never changed the face and shower towels, they are too thin, they don't dry very much. Furthermore, there has always been the problem of the TV having few channels and often being disturbed, they tell me because of the repeaters, but this is not possible in 2024 for a 4-star hotel. These defects tire you in the long run because they ruin your stay.
