We only spent one night here but all went smoothly. The car was under shelter in a free private car park. Check in quick and efficient and we were accompanied to our room which was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. We didn’t take half board but it looked very reasonable. All too soon we were on our way again….

Forse il titolo è un pò ingeneroso. Iniziamo allora dai pregi (ce ne sono). Avevamo la mezza pensione. Bella struttura , bel giardino e piscina, buonissima ubicazione e ( apprezzabilissimo) parcheggio coperto gratuito. Camera grande ma ( ancronistica?) con moquettone d'altri tempi che, ( ancorché pulita) emana odore di vecchio. Letto non comodissimo Sorprendente ( per un 4 stelle così) il phon "a tubo" che non vedevamo agli anni '80. Veniamo al " problema" : iI prezzo sarebbe interessante se l'aspetto " ristorazione" fosse stato almeno decente. Cena imbarazzante ( da cui il titolo). Bassissima qualità ; un esempio per tutti: il piatto di frutta di stagione era composto da 1 (una) fragola due fettine micrometriche di ananas ( marrone) e due fettine di melone. Colazione anche peggio per scelta e quantità. Speriamo che la direzione prenda atto di queste critiche. Se serve, aumentare un pò prezzi per ottenere una qualità migliore potrebbe essere una idea.

Personale gentile e disponibile, sia in reception che in sala Camere comode e spaziose Ottimo il parcheggio coperto gratuito e anche la spa Bella la vista sia sul mare che sul castello. Se devo trovare un difetto, da un 4 stelle mi aspetto non la solita colazione continentale con prodotti industriali, in scatola, salumi di bassissima qualità e cornetti presurgelati, come potrei trovare in un 2 stelle business da Bolzano a Catania, mi sarei aspettato qualche prodotto fresco e tipico della zona. Ma, comunque, dovessi tornare nel gargano tornerei qui senza dubbio.

Hotel en lo alto del monte San Michel con buena vista desde la terraza y algunas habitaciones....muy próximo al pueblito de San Michel..... Tiene ascensor hasta el 1er piso....Si te toca el 2do deberás subir por escaleras un piso.Higiene 10. Precio acorde... Buen desayuno ( 7) Lo justo nomás. Cena igual (7) Posee estacionamiento..... Regresaría

Nonostante abbia soggiornato in questo hotel usufruendo di uno Smart Box, (2 notti ,2 colazioni e 2 cene) devo dire che è stata un'esperienza più che positiva. Personale cordiale e dolcissimo pronto a fornirci consigli e informazioni senza farci sentire clienti di serie B, come capita spesso con questi pacchetti. Hotel comodo al centro della zona da visitare raggiungibile a piedi, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ampia piscina, SPA rilassante , spazi verdi e terrazza panoramica. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata abbondantissima e cena eccellente. Consigliatissimo

Le lieu est agréable, les tables ne sont pas trop près les unes des autres. L'accueil est froid. La cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur de cet hôtel hors du commun. Le service n'est pas du tout organisé et rationnel. Tout le monde n'est pas servi simultanément. Beaucoup d'attente.

The Palace Hotel was comfortable enough for 1 night, but not a place I would choose to linger. It is supposed to be a spa hotel, but access to the spa is charged at an extra 15 euros per person and even then you are only allowed a limited time. In addition, you have to rent a bathrobe, flip flops and a swim hat at additional cost. At the end of the long, hot walk, I would have loved a trip to the pool, but decided against it because the charges seemed mean for paying hotel guests. The shower was a “squeeze yourself in and out” style too. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but you have to place order everything in advance which again felt unwelcoming. The staff at breakfast were more concerned with moving the chairs around (loudly) for the next coach party rather than serving coffee. 1 night at the Palace Hotel was definitely enough for us. Not recommended – look for a better option in Monte Sant’Angelo.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Chambres et salle de bain petites et sombres avec robinetterie oxydée, serviettes fines et non éponges. Dans les couloirs la moquette est tachée et déchirée et il y a une mauvaise odeur de cuisine partout. Restaurant horrible. Nappes et serviettes tachées, couverts oxydés et rayés. Le petit déjeuner médiocre, avec des biscuits en vrac non emballés et des œufs brouillés froids bien qu'ils soient dans leur contenant. De plus, malgré le wi-fi (oubliez le portable dans ce pays, il n'a de réception nulle part) le portable n'a pas de réception, et si vous arrivez à téléphoner, la ligne tombe.

Splendido borgo medievale. Panorama mozzafiato. Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura l'ultima settimana di luglio. Hotel al top, gestito splendidamente. Personale, tutto, impeccabile, sempre disponibile. Camera eccellente e dotata di tutto. Pulizia perfetta. Colazione sublime. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e la ristorazione è molto soddisfacente per varietà e di ottima fattura. Un' altra chicca è la possibilità di fare anche mare visto che sono collegati con la baia del monaco (distante circa 12 km di strada comoda), ma per chi non vuole muoversi c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una piscina panoramica con un grande solarium. È disponibile anche una spa. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
