Airport Comfy Stay

Getting access to the building is over complicated, looks like a normal house! Traveller didn’t feel comfortable with the set up or process.

You get what you pay for so no complaints there.

I booked a luxury room but it was basic beyond belief. No chair, no mirror no basin and no hangers. The ******* description is inaccurate as you can’t walk to the airport. The stated walking time is pure fantasy. Not particularly cheap as for an extra £10 you can stay in a real hotel

A place that doesn't exist. I booked with ***********. They sent an address with no house number. I just assumed it would be a hotel and it would be obvious when you get there. Got there late at night in a taxi and there was nothing to be found, just a house full of houses, nothing to identify the place. A resident came out of a house and laughed that we were looking for a hotel. She said we get people coming here a lot looking for the Airport Comfy Stay. She directed me to a house on the corner, where there was no light on, no one home, only 6 key lock boxes on the outside of the house. I put in the pin code from *********** email and none of them opened. after that there is nothing you can do, you can't get in. Don't go to this place, it's almost like a scam to get your money and make it impossible to get in.

Bizarre experience. I booked a room through *********** but when the Uber and I arrived at the designated address (just before midnight) there was only a dark and empty house. All the links the website sent me were dead. i had to scramble to find an alternative accommodation for the night. This seems to be an elaborate e-con. AVOID

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS HOTEL PLEASE DONT . Description full of lies and absolutly not worth it Staff are not helpfull or available trying to grt hold of them with noooo availability All thry are good at is sending you automatic emails

We travelled to london to see Blur at Wembley, this was the closest hotel we could find in our price range. The hotel didn't exist, the directions took us to a residential street and to a house that looked nothing like a hotel, nobody answered the door so we had to desperately seek alternative accommodation. We ended up staying at a hotel in Wimbledon!!! It turned out to be a very expensive gig.
