酒店位置非常優越，就在廣場和主座教堂旁，酒店工作事先會聯絡，如果有車可以給申請進入老城停車的權限。這是一家比較新的酒店，很有設計感。剛入房間有一點味道，打開門窗（意大利基本是門窗一體）後沒有問題。可以感覺到酒店的特別用心經營，酒店佈局和設施配備比較像我們中國的酒店。是我們此行唯一給牙刷，唯二配抽紙的酒店。前台餐廳的服務都非常熱情周到，英文很流利標準，早餐可以坐在室外直麪廣場，看看鄰居家的貓貓和狗狗，享受一頓豐盛的早餐非常愜意。入住當天是小兒子生日，酒店特意給準備了生日蛋糕🎂非常推薦👍

我們訂的是最大的套房，住三個人很寬敞。酒店翻新過了，設施都很新，挺滿意的。地理位置很好，就在奧提伽島中心位置，去錫拉庫薩主教堂、廣場（西西里傳説拍攝廣場）、海邊及其它景點都很近，走走逛逛。周邊都是餐廳、小商鋪。酒店服務還可以，有valet parking，島上路都很窄比較難開。總之對酒店的地理位置、房間都挺滿意的。推薦。

酒店的後面就是中心廣場和大教堂，地理位置十分優越，無論去哪裡都可以步行，實際的酒店比網上的照片好很多，所以到了之後讓我挺驚喜的，房間也挺大的，還有一個小陽台，就是無線網不太好，經常瀏覽不了，尤其是一兩天之後，去前台反應了，但並沒有解決，但這並不影響我下次還要住這裏。早餐不算豐盛但也還可以，我在酒店吃了正餐，味道不錯，推薦！尤其是提拉米蘇，非常好吃。總之挺好的酒店！

Our stay at Palazzo Artemide was great! All the staff gave excellent service - the ones we met and those behind the scenes. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention goes to Louisa and the breakfast team, who greeted us cheerily every morning and were first class! The hotel itself is elegant, spotless and well-maintained and extremely well located. If you’re looking for one of the best places to stay in Ortigia, then look no further. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. It is first-class.
