Would definitely use this place again . On a couple of things a blanket could be supplied in the room and the toilet could’ve done with good hygienic clean . Otherwise a great set up

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes from a laundromat! Also close to the sea and sights. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Stayed on 3rd floor and she helped carry my heavy suitcase up!

A wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, and the welcome was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. The staff are always smiling, kind, and very helpful. A special thank you to Mariachiara and Virginia for their kindness and hospitality. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The hotel doesn’t offer free breakfast but it’s very convenient to get food with feel steps away. I love the location and cleanliness of the property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. She contacted me days before my trip to provide help I need it. It worth the money I paid for.

My partner and I had a really wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel in November. It’s situated right in the middle of Ortigia, but on a quiet enough street to avoid the hustle and bustle of the tourists and restaurants. The Good: The lady working at reception was incredibly friendly, professional and polite. She was super helpful in answering any questions we have. The hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with guests and are very responsive on the messages; helping us find parking, getting our car permission to drive on the island. When checking in she recommended restaurants, took out a map and drew us the routes to the major sites and informed us of their opening hours. So thoughtful. As for the rooms… (we stayed in one with a terrace) for two nights and extended our stay for a third night on the ground floor (for handicapped guests)… beautifully white, clean and simple. We asked for hard or memory foam pillows, which were available. Excellent! Both rooms had great showers, an extensive range of tv channels, great coffee maker, fridges with complimentary water and lovely pepper scented shampoo. Access was easy, and check-in and check-out were super smooth. The Bad: Not a lot to complain about, other than the ground floor apartment having quite a strong damp smell; which may actually be a feature of Ortigia, being such an old stone city, so close to the sea.

We recently returned from a stay at this charming boutique hotel and have to say we had a lovely stay. We were contacted by Whats App before we arrived to welcome us and offer guidance to the property. When we arrived we were cheerfully met out the front and our car was unloaded and then taken away for the valet parking which made life so easy. The hotel is in the old part of Syracuse - Ortigia which is reached over a bridge and so much nicer than mainland Syracuse. It is a very old town and the streets are extremely narrow with pedestrians everywhere. The hotel is tall and narrow with no lift, something to keep in mind for those not as ambulant. Since we had booked two rooms for two nights we were kindly upgraded to larger rooms. They were traditional with a modern twist and very tasteful in decor. We had a small dressing area as well as a lovely modern bathroom. The room has a tea/coffee tray and there is Sky TV and individual aircon. Breakfast was by way of a basket delivered to your room at a pre arranged time. You are given the choice the night before of a selection of items - primarily juice, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. This was a unique touch and was very relaxing having breakfast in the room, and saved us having to get up and get dressed to go for breakfast. There are no facilities as such at the hotel - it is in effect more like a b&b. All in all a delightful stay. There is a delightful little bar/cafe at the end of the street for aperitivos!
