Dirty hotel, hair on the beds, dust. What a lack of cleanliness in the COVID situation we are experiencing.
Noise of drill, concrete mixer... We woke up with the impression that the whole hotel was shaking. The hotel is under construction and no one informed us.... After a long day of work and travel, our only need was to rest.... Which was not the case. A word of advice: Warn your guests about the hotel's work or start making noise at reasonable times!
In addition, without knocking on the door, without the slightest respect, a civil servant enters the room around 9 a.m.
Really, I don't understand this lack of respect and professionalism.
