Soggiornato per festeggiare anniversario di matrimonio, peccato per il tempo inclemente. Situato in ottima posizione vicino al centro storico di Sirmione. Offre un ambiente accogliente destinato a clienti over 14 con parcheggio privato a pagamento. Ottimo lo staff della reception con accoglienza eccellente. Personale attento e gentilissimo La camera vista lago era spaziosa, ben insonorizzata, confortevole e pulitissima, prevedeva bottiglia con bollicine di benvenuto. L'hotel dispone di accesso diretto al lago con spiaggia privata e pontile, una piscina estiva, una con acqua termale con idromassaggio e una più piccola con idromassaggio e riscaldata. Ottima la SPA con personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima la colazione con buona offerta di prodotti che spaziano dal salato alla frutta e al dolce. Se posso permettermi un appunto, in considerazione che all'interno non ci sono tavoli per tutti, ritengo che il responsabile di sala dovrebbe con fare gentile e cordiale invitare i clienti che hanno terminato la colazione ad accomodarsi diversamente per proseguire le loro conversazioni lasciando così disponibilità ad altri. Torneremo volentieri.

Abbiamo alloggiato un weekend in questa struttura, rinnovata rispetto a molti hotel della zona. Le zone comuni sono moplto belle e confortevoli. Un Plus è la spiaggia privata con il pontile, da riprovare in estate. molto gradevoli le piscine soprattutto quella termale. Bella la spa. Camere pulite e funzionali (solo un po' piccole ma ce n'erano di più grandi). Personale gentilissimo e dipsonibile. Colazione abbondante per qualità e quantita di prodotti offerti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e questo fa la differenza!

Our stay was fantastic at this hotel. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel driver in a lovely car and he was really friendly. Gave us lots of tips for our stay and even told the hotel it was my wife’s birthday so they put champagne in the room on arrival and a little cake at breakfast. All the hotel staff were really friendly, the spa and pools are great and hotel was very modern. It’s a really good location just a short walk from the old town and there are free bicycles to use. We had a great stay

Hotel in posizione favolosa fronte lago e vicino al centro storico di Sirmione. Personale molto disponibile e premuroso. Spa e piscina nella norma per un 4 stelle S Male, anzi molto male il ristorante per il pranzo. Abbiamo pranzato su consiglio del personale al nostro arrivo. Una decina di tavoli erano in quel momento occupati e quindi non mi sarei mai aspettato di attendere oltre un ora per avere sul tavolo gli antipasti. Un tagliere di affettati con formaggi molto modesto e con prodotti spacciati per DOC ma che sembravano più industriali. Per il servizio e la qualità del cibo proposto NON potete pretendere certi prezzi Mi dispiace ma su questo avete molto da migliorare

Posizione ottima per chi vuole viversi il lago ed in particolare Sirmione. Personale molto qualificato, gentile e sempre sorridente, colazione nella media anche se i prodotti molto buoni e freschi. Purtroppo le camere sono veramente piccole (ma piccole piccole) ed è un impresa gestire il riscaldamento in quanto seppur lo regoli, l'ambiente è talmente piccolo che si crepa (nel mio caso di caldo). Arrivati, per prima cosa disfare la valigia perchè non c'è proprio spazio per tenerla (si deve mettere sul balcone) Centro benessere carino anche se molto molto affollato (almeno quando siamo stati noi)

Soggiorno di una notte meritevole e rilassante. Ho trovato il personale gentile e premuroso. Struttura moderna e pulita. Camera deluxe a nostro avviso pulita e comoda, il bagno un po' piccolo, andrebbe rivista la porta d'ingresso per permettere un'entrata più comoda. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, molto rilassante peccato la troppa affluenza nell'orario tardo pomeriggio. Colazione buona. Garage comodissimo al piano interrato. Consiglio!
