Truly central and breathtaking location on the lakefront. Our room was large, spotless and with a double view of the lake... a dream! . Very kind and professional staff. Well-proposed breakfast always with a breathtaking view. Large and well-kept exteriors. Excellent garage. I would go back!

The hotel is located directly on the lake with its own access to the pool (unfortunately still too cold, water very clean!). The whole atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant, all the staff were friendly and attentive to the guests. We had a sufficiently large room with a balcony and a direct view of the lake (wonderful, and always something to look at, but still quiet). The beds were good, enough closet with plenty of hangers, and good storage space in the bathroom too. The only thing missing was a chair for the "workstation" (but we didn't ask, it would certainly have been provided). Sirmione is very busy during the day, but the hotel is kept out of the hustle and bustle, almost like a small oasis. You can park in front of the city walls in a large parking lot and you and your luggage are driven to the front of the house in an electric vehicle, a very comfortable solution. A comfortable stay all round.

After 5 nights in Hotel Eden, I have to say that I absolutely love this place. Great location in "first" part of Sirmione's Old Town, so short little walk outside from the Historic gate, if you need taxi or bus and water taxi's pier is right next to the hotel. Really friendly staff and absolutely stunning breakfast, including everything from Prosecco to local cakes, cheeses etc.etc. Our room was spacious, with comfy bed and huge balcony facing beautiful lake 20 metres away. Someday we will go back to Sirmione and Eden will be our only choice!

This is a great spot, we had a huge room, with a large balcony facing the water with a spectacular view. Surprisingly little furniture in the room so a bit short on storage space. Breakfast and drinks on the patio overlooking the water was a delight. All the staff were great, even got to see a music video getting filmed while we were there. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Eden. Everything was excellent, rooms, breakfast, service and the nice sundeck/lounge. Location was great in the middle of Sirmione.
