Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Sirmione ma in un oasi di uliveti e verde,camera pulita con una bella vista panoramica , personale gentile e disponibile colazione con un ricco buffet dolce e salato ...super consigliato ci ritornerei subito al

Hotel molto bello e confortevole, immerso nel verde e nella quiete. La camera spaziosa da' su un piccolo terrazzo da cui si può godere il panorama meraviglioso del lago. Il personale è molto professionale e premuroso con cui si instaura da subito una cordiale empatia. La pulizia è impeccabile e scrupolosa, merito di una direzione molto attenta, ma un plauso lo merita anche il personale cui è affidato il compito esecutivo. La colazione piacevolissima è abbondante e variegata, sia dolce che salata, dove si trova di tutto secondo i gusti e le abitudini, ma anche molto di più. Unico rammarico la brevità del nostro soggiorno, ma questo è un punto di partenza per poterci tornare.

Piccolo hotel con tutto perfetto: servizi, stanze e soprattutto personale gentilissimo, quasi famigliare. Certamente ci ritorneremo e lo consigleremo ad amici. Lo sperimenteremo in altre stagioni e se potremo ci fermeremo più a lungo.

Für ein 3Sterne Hotel ist es ein wirklich schönes Hotel in wirklich schöner Lage! Das Personal und der Service sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle jedem dieses Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, dies macht der Seeblick jedoch wieder gut :)
Gern wieder! Der Weg dorthin war beim ersten Mal ein Abenteuer, aber beim zweiten Mal nimmt man es recht gelassen.

Absolutely amazing stay, the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our room was a lake view and was great to wake up and sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights.
Really easily accessible and in a great quiet area. We will definitely be visiting again.

n Google If I could give it less I would! Terrible customer service! The communication was awful! We had reservations for parking and at 3:45pm that day, we received and email telling us there was no parking, the woman on the phone laughing was an extra special touch. Rooms were clean but tired at best. The receptionist claimed the hotel was completely booked but then when we talked to her about our rooms she claimed we she had upgraded us…. Really? How got downgraded then? It was a lie of course! Bar tender was super rude when my friend asked about a bottle of wine to buy it his response was “google it” . Breakfast was not that great lots to chose from but not so great. It’s our first time in Italy our first stop, let’s hope the rest of our trip is better than this. It’s a beautiful town with a wonderful lake but that’s about it

Posizione invidiabile, lontana a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro questo permette di non essere nel caos ma di godere in totale tranquillità la vista lago è tutto il suo panorama intorno… consiglio le camere rinnovate che si affacciano sul lago, vista meravigliosa. Personale gentile e cordiale, colazione super (fin troppo varia). Unica nota negativa il bistrot, personale scortese e mancante di professionalità.
