The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was in clean there was spit in the sink i had to clean the sheets were used there was dust everywhere. I travel with my own sheets because this is not uncommon in cheaper hotels but this hotel charged what i would consider to be at the mid to high range very over priced and a bit revolting. I had no choice but to stay as i arrived by train after midnight so it was pure booked and paid for to finish on a fair note i can’t express the night staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed with my family after seeing the review and analysis other property but this property is great as the room are very much specious compare to any other property at this price, staff is friendly and property is clean. The property is located near railway station so it is easily accessible to everyone. I will recommend this property to everyone.

My stay in hotel savera palace was very pleasent. I was their with my family and we all loved their service. Hotel staff are really good and their behaviour is also good. The food was also very good. They also helped us before completion of booking as we were confused because of weather conditions but they assured us that they will refund our money back, if weather gets bad. Food is also very tasty. Hygiene maintained. I would recommend it.
