It was the best accommodation I've been to in Europe. It's very clean, the staff are so friendly, and it's just the best. If I come to Ljubljana again, I'll definitely stay here. Even though it was the cheapest semi-basement floor, it was so clean and nice that I was happy while staying here..

We stayed at the hotel on January 4th for one night. We were greeted by the extremely kind desk manager Maj and receptionist (sorry I forgot her name but it starts with M). Even though we were well before check-in time, they did everything to accommodate us. The studio U11, where we stayed, had a fully equipped kitchen, clean, warm and cozy. The hotel has its own parking lot right at the entrance. There are also 2 electric car charging stations. We were happy that the hotel is pet friendly, because we always travel with our French bulldog, who received treats while checking in. We will definitely stay at the hotel again

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the guys at the reception were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. When we asked for recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing, they gave us fantastic suggestions that really enhanced our trip. The room was very nice and cosy, with spotless cleanliness throughout our stay. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight, with a great variety of food choices to suit everyone. The staff at the bar were also very friendly, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere. On top of everything, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a great design that adds to the overall charm. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
