I think the stay was okay. I feel like there were some additional fees that I didn't expect. The water pressure in the shower was fair -. Also not exactly sure why I'm paying a resort fee.

This lovely inn was so cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we loved the fireplace area and games. Lots of room in the rooms! (we had a king room) The grounds looked fun but we were there in winter and didn't capitalize on them. The owner checked us in and was so, so kind and helpful. Love all the personal touches. Oh, kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed. Bedroom has no TV but that was okay, Would definitely stay again:)

We stayed for a long weekend through New Years Day 2024. The Waterbury offered a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient stay. The rooms have everything you need if you choose to stay in for the entire trip, from clean cooking appliances, to blackout shades, comfortable furniture, and a private balcony with pretty good views. The common areas are clean, warm, and inviting, and the staff certainly took the time to sweat the details on the Christmas decorations. Couldn't have really asked for anything else of the place - it was perfect for our trip. On the north end of Ephraim, it was a great central location for all of the outdoor activities that we had on our list. There is also a restaurant/coffee shop across the street that was a perfect way to start the morning. We will certainly be back to the Waterbury again!

Even though there was little snow this year, it was still a great experience in Door County, especially because we enjoyed the accommodations of this great property. We particularly liked the Ping Pong matches played in the Ping Pong room which overlooked the lovely Lounge area. Many evenings were spent in front of the fireplace. While the morning was begun by a energetic swim and a slow soothing time in the hot tub.

Really enjoyed our off season stay. The property was very pretty and easily accessible. We appreciated the ADA accessible bathroom shower.
Although somewhat smaller than other places we have stayed in the past, it was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Th e staff was very friendly.

The property was a cute and quiet place to stay. It felt very homey compared to other places you can stay at! We liked everything, just the lobby was supposed to open at 8 so we can finish checking in and it looked like the employee just got there at 930 when we were leaving. But other wise we had a nice stay!

We had a. lovely stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times. The ambiance was cozy with a fireplace in the main room with comfy chairs and checkers ready to go. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi were perfect--not too hot, not too cold. The location is near several state parks where we found groomed cross-country ski trails, and across the road from a lovely café/bistro Sip. Staying at the Waterbury made the perfect winter getaway for us!

Excellent Inn, located in one of the best areas of Door county, WI. Only 20 minute drive, north, south, and east to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and local activities.The Inn offers plenty of amenities with a staff that provides everything required for a great stay.
