I spent more than 400 euros to book 2 sea view rooms a month in advance, but what I got was a dark and damp room. You can imagine that at that moment my heart collapsed. After Ctrip handled it, it was resolved to a certain extent. The process took more than 2 hours and delayed part of the trip.

The hotel is across the road from the sea. Breakfast is 16 Euro per person, and you can see the sea from the restaurant window. There is a small swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel, which is basically used for bathing. The hotel provides bath towels to the beach. My daughter and I live in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
Good location, many delicious restaurants around, recommend santa maria

A good option in the area, rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast and restaurant are very good with nice options. The pool is a down side if you are for it, but the beach is just 30m away, so no worries. We stayed for 3 nights for business. Quite good overall.

Just got back from a lovely cruise added a five night stay at hotel ,( as great location )When arrived our room wasn’t ready no problem we went to beach , came back about 4.00 to be told ( our daughter 13 was classed as an adult ! even though just on sofa bed (. booked 2 adults and child , Elizabeth the most rudest , unhelpful receptionist , Told us we had to pay 500.00 extra on a room that wasn’t so good as ( daughter over 12 cut off point! when we said we would go somewhere else , she said couldn’t or we would be charged full amount !!! We then called hotel manager who begrudgingly said meet half way 250.00 extra !!We felt so uncomfortable in this hotel ( we are both in the service industry and you don’t treat customers like that!!! such a shame as room lovely , breakfast good , and other members of staff lovely ,I personally think some scam going on to rip people off when they arrive ( so you pay on arrival but you can’t get out of it if not happy ) would not go back ever !!! lots of lovely hotels in sitges this isn’t one of them !!!!

Property and breakfast were on point with description. Walkable and the beaches are beautiful. Staff member Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was complete with great recommendations and a pleasant attitude. Great hotel!

This is a great four star hotel in a great location in Sitges. We arrived by train from the airport which was very cheap and easy. We extended our conference stay to add on a holiday and before we arrived the computer said we had to stay in a different room every night! However when we arrived Arantxa on reception arranged for us to stay in a room, booked our taxi back to the airport and was super helpful. Our room on the seventh floor had an incredible balcony and fantastic views and the sun shone every day We went out for breakfast to explore Sitges and also enjoyed tapas lunches and some great bars so I didn’t have chance to use the gym or the breakfast restaurant. A great stay in a fantastic place.
