Just a fabulous place that caters for every need. Everyone is so friendly and the breakfast is exceptional.

Really good value 3* hotel. Perfect location on the beach, excellent staff, very clean and excellent food. From check-in to departure the staff were friendly and worked non-stop. The rooms were clean and well equipped (mind you there are no drawers- minor issue). We were in room 308 which had a balcony overlooking the pool, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and ran from 8am to 12 noon, with something to please everyone one. The pool area was small and didn’t get the sun till after 11:30 but it was never too busy and chilled out area. The rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit and normal bar prices. I have to say the other guests were also very polite and friendly- I think the atmosphere in the hotel helped this. This is an old building, so some things are a bit dated but that is a minor point . I would definitely recommend

We have stayed here for very many years. If there is one thing that would summarise our stay….it is it doesn’t change. This is good in many ways as you know what you will get. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower, breakfast etc. The downside is there is no visible investment in the business. We will stay here again and loved the rooftop bar area.

Fantastic hotel, great location, great staff.

We were recommended to this hotel because of its location, it didn’t disappoint, we had room 303 on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the sea front, what a great view we had. The room was spotlessly clean, and beds were changed twice over 10 days. The bed was huge so a great sleep was had , although weekends were very noisy outside so had to shut the balcony doors and put aircon on. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was brilliant. The hotel itself is dated and could do with a facelift but the facilities were spot on. The breakfast make this hotel as good as it is, plenty of choice and open until 12 which is great, no rush to get a table. The restaurant staff were lovely. The staff were very pleasant contrary to some reviews on here. We locked ourself out of the room safe one evening. Reception contacted the company who installed them and when we came back later that night they had a sealed code for us to open it. The rooftop bar is great with cheaper prices than some of the local bars. Sitges itself is a beautiful place. So clean, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Would we go back - yes of course :)
