La qualité des services n est pas celle attendue dans un 4 étoiles. Manque cruel de personnel qui fait ce qu il peut avec bien du mal. Avons été déranger par une odeur d oeuf pourri provenant des canalisations de la salle de bain

This hotel is not 4 star! The rooms are minimally furnished with hardly any space in the bedroom to sit down or store your cases. The beds are enormous which is good but at the expense of room elsewhere. The bathroom is particularly poor with no room to store toiletry bags, I put mine in the bidet! The shower had very little power and water splashed the floor as the bath screen was small. It feels dirty! You could not get a drink between 7-8pm as the pool bar closed and we were told we had to wait for the restaurant to open at 8pm, this was Saturday night! In fact every time we wanted a drink outside we had to go into the hotel and hunt down a bar tender. We went back about 10pm and there was no bar either. We didn’t eat there but had a bar snack which was terrible quality. Overall I would not recommend.
