Apartamentos Sunway Tara

ANTRO INFERNAL Valoro muy negativamente mi estancia en estos apartamentos ya que el estado del inmueble es vergonzoso (mal olor, bichos, pérdidas de agua en el baño…) y la atención del personal a cargo VERGONZOSA. Se confundieron de apartamento, yo tenía contratada una habitación para 5 personas, con sus respectivas camas y me dieron un apartamento con una única cama de matrimonio y dos sofás cama cochambrosos de los que te levantabas con lumbalgia. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Huyan antes de aloj**** en estos apartamentos de la cadena Sunway.

We arrived around 11.30 am, the receptionist informed me that the apartment was not ready, which is understandable since check-in is at 3 pm. He still takes my documents and credit card and informs me that once the apartment is ready I will be contacted. I leave my suitcases and decide to go for a walk in the city while waiting, 3 hours later still no call, I go back to the other side of town again and find myself facing a new receptionist, she asks me again for my papers and credit card, I notify her that her colleague has already checked me in I just have to pick up the keys, here we go again in a check in which lasted 20 min and it's not even a joke, I will learn later that this person was new and that it was his 2nd day... Arrived at the apartment, the complex is dilapidated, the rusty bathtub, very very old furniture, the place has a cloudy swimming pool you can't see the bottom, the cleaning ladies are noisy and start chirping from 8am, nothing was right , the only positive point of this place is its location, a few meters from a beach and a little removed from the center.
