There were no disappoin**ents in terms of location and facilities. However, I received racism from the staff, which made the start of the trip very unpleasant. They said there was a problem with the room we had booked, and led the couple to an old, shabby room in the building next to the hotel, not the hotel. I saw the room and asked the staff to guide me back to the room, but I kept refusing to give them a hotel room, saying that there was only one room left and even that room was fixing the sink's faucet. Nevertheless, we said we would wait until we fix it, and it was only then that we guided us to the hotel saying that there was one room left. The facilities and cleanliness of the room was good, but the image of the whole hotel was the worst due to the behavior of the staff.
The employee should not forget that racism is a serious sin.

What a fantastic hotel and the ideal location too , our room had beautiful views and was very spacious and clean but my motivation for writing this review was the staff from house keeping to reception they were all outstanding, they made us feel so welcome and genuinely care for each other, their guests and the hotel and it showed!! We can’t wait to return ❤️

Water leaks in the room, even though we had a baby, and the whole hotel.
A hot tub that only worked half the stay even though we paid extra for it.
Result ? No discounts, no politeness!
Parking which is also very expensive for what it is.

I loved this hotel!! I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.
I had lunch and breakfast there-yummy food and wonderful waiter!!
I would definitely stay here again!
