Acrotel Lilyann Boutique Hotel

We loved our stay at Acrotel Lilyann Boutique; the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good aircon; the breakfast was delicious and varied; the beach facilities excellent and all included; the staff very helpful. All was perfect for a relaxing holidays in a super beautiful spot; the private hotel beach and every other beach close-by are stunning beautiful and clean. We are looking forward to return

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting, backdrop of pine forest and directly on the stunning beach with crystal clear water. Spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely hardworking. Housekeeping exceptional. Beds were comfy and quality of bedding was very nice. Lovely food with plenty of choice despite being a small hotel. Was great to have the option of using the spa facilities (paid for massage, not that good, had better) and attending the special events e.g. Greek Night, at the sister hotel Athena Palace, just a 10 minute walk away from Lily Ann Boutique. Made use of the mini market there too, as no shops close by. A couple of ******* though, problem with our room when we arrived so we had a garden view instead of sea view for one night which delayed us settling in, we were not the only ones, so must have been overbooked. Felt we lost half a day because of that, only compensation was to offer us a free cocktail each, not really sufficient. Water went off twice during our 7 day stay, but was resolved fairly quickly. Hated the fact there was smoking allowed in the pool bar area and of course other public areas including when using sun beds. Smoke was billowing into our faces when we were trying to enjoy lunch and relax at the beach. Just don't understand why smoking is still allowed like this. It's 2023, get with it, it's bad for our health, it's rude and inconsiderate, I don't want your 2nd hand smoke all over my food and in my lungs! I have read reviews of other hotels where this is an issue too, so not just an issue at this hotel. I also think the hotel should offer free water at every meal time, not just breakfast. We had to buy bottled water (in plastic bottles) as they didn't recommend we drink their tap water. Water is not a luxury, it's a necessity to sustain life. Overall, had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, away from the crowds, with stunning scenery, great food, clean, tidy, with great staff.

First impressions on arrival night? Amazing!! We were greeted at reception by Konstantina, who was very helpful with offering to bring our suitcases in from the mini van. The rooms were nice and comfortable, very clean and spacious. Also, due to our late arrival(around 11:30pm), some complimentary sandwiches were prepared for us, as a nice gesture. The staff were so kind, and looked after our every need. They did this with a smile, to make you feel welcome. Thank you Panggiota, Konstantina, Mr Makis, and the kitchen/bar team, for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. It felt like one big happy family. We will recommend this lovely hotel to our friends. Perfect location, nice and quiet with a beautiful beach. Ideal place to come and stay for couples, or young families. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is charming, cozy, clean, and not too big. The room was comfortably big enough for four. All the staff is very professional, welcoming, and friendly. You can sense they enjoy their work. The food was good. Evidently, since it is a small hotel, you should not expect a huge buffet, but there was always something nice to eat. And there was something different every day. The swimming pool is big enough and it was never crowded. And the beach is amazing, it is not a sand beach but it is big and secluded, so we never had to look for a nice place. And there are more than enough chairs to lie on. The only criticism I can think of is that it is far from a city, so if you want to do some sightseeing you'll need transport. And the prices for the minibar are, for lack of a better word, high. Overall, we had a wonderful time from the day we arrived.

Lovely hotel, very clean, lovely food and perfect location. Had a wonderful time and would definitely return. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely family holiday. Lovely beach and pool.

We had a great holiday! The hotel was exclusive, comfortable, the food was delicious, varied and the staff friendly. We sent most of our time on the boutique hotel up the beach and staff stood out for the helpfulness and their eagerness to please. Simon in particular was great with our 3 girls and couldn’t have done more .

Perfect hotel.From the first minute you get in the lobby you get a very beautiful sense of freshness.At the reception the ladies very helpful and polite give you all the infos.The room with see view is more than excellent.Bright colours great smell of cleanness with a very big bathroom with all the necessary amenities and more.The view at the pool and the beach really unbeatable.Wait until the sun go down and you will see a very beautiful picture in front of your eyes every evening.All the staff at the breakfast and dining area, bar and beach area doing more than the best.Boys and girls very polite and helpful.Congratulations is the list I can say.The food was very good with many different dishes every day.All the areas of the hotel,from the parking to the gardens and the pool area very clean.A hotel for families and couples to relax and enjoy.The beautiful beach a few steps from the rooms with the pool in front of them.Music nights at the beach bar watching the sun go down drinking cocktails was the best way to end the days of our stay.
