Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Christmas Day Mother with 2 children 16 and 19 years old. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is only for naked swimming and that this was only possible from a certain age. So keep this in mind to avoid disappointment because it is not explicitly stated on the booking site.
The family room was terribly dirty😵 I took pictures of it and showed them and asked for another room to make a long story short... 1st answer was not possible, no more rooms available
When we asked to be transferred to another Fletcher hotel because this was really possible, a miracle happened...
Suddenly there were not 1 but 2 double rooms available🤔 breakfast was fine, just pay attention to the glasses and cups, there were also a few that were not really clean.

It wasn't lovingly made for me. Without a bottle of water or a goddie... I imagine a deluxe room differently... the breakfast was also very clear... I wouldn't book it again...

Hôtel dans un quartier sans charme (zone commerciale). Immense bâtiment avec de très nombreux équipements sportifs bowling, mur d’ escalade, football, terrains de sports interieurs. Spa et piscine. Grands couloirs froids. Chambres modernes et propres, bien équipées. Notre chambre était située sous les tribunes du stade de football. il n’y a pas eu de match pendant notre séjour donc pas de nuisances sonores. accueil pro mais sans aucune chaleur. Petit déjeuner ok. Le wifi dans notre chambre se déconnectait sans cesse.

Ich kann nur davon abraten, online dort zu buchen und vorab zu überweisen, zumindest als Kunde aus Deutschland. Wir haben gebucht und überwiesen, aber nichts als Gegenleistung bekommen. Keine Eintrittskarten bekommen und Rückerstattung wird verweigert. Das ist schlechter als unseriös!

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall!
Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning
