The service of this hotel is very rubbish. When we checked into the hotel, we asked what time breakfast was. We made a reservation for nine o'clock. When we arrived at the restaurant at nine o'clock, they were told that the front desk told us that it was eight o'clock. In Europe, the room is cold in winter and we need to add a quilt, but they said they don't provide it. We logged on to their website to convince them that they had this service, and they gave me a quilt. After taking a shower in the morning, I couldn't find the hair dryer and asked me to go to the front desk to get it myself. ***I was speechless. When I checked out, I was asked to pay the room fee (I had already paid online when I booked with Ctrip, and I only needed to pay the city fee of 4.7 euros). I contacted Ctrip customer service Xiao Qin, who responded enthusiastically and settled the hotel in 25 minutes. However, when the city fee was charged, it was still the same. The service fee was overcharged by 5.3 euros (actually the payment was made online). After feedback to Ctrip customer service Xiao Qin, Ctrip quickly arranged a refund. This hotel is obviously not up to the four-star level of DoubleTree by Hilton. The service is a bit discriminatory to Chinese people. I will not choose to stay there again. This is my worst stay experience so far.

Nice looking hotel built on an old school (pun not intended). It can be a good point to explore other places in the region. Beautiful lobby and wonderful reception. Do note that some of the rooms are not wheelchair accessible, as this is an old building and some rooms can only be reached via staircase Hot Breakfast selection was limited, but the bread is wonderful. Parking cost Eur 15 per day which is OK. But one thing, the world famous Double Tree cookies here contain 40% sugar and it taste sweeter than the one I have in other countries

Nice renovated Hotel in an old building. Rooms were super nice with high ceilings and renovation was done in a very good quality. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was very good too. Quality of dinner was not that great, but still in relation to the rating they claim. All in all a very nice Hotel and I can warmly recommend it !

We slept there for 2 nights and they have great beds. A day trip to Maastricht. Well arranged. You go by car to P&R Noord and from there you take the bus to the center for €2.80 p.p. Everything is close by.
