Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Gegend und waren gespannt! Kurzum, das Hotel war ein Volltreffer. Was für ein wunderbares Refugium. Wir haben gleich noch eine Nacht verlängert:-) Lichtdurchflutet und mit schlichter Eleganz. Schöne helle Zimmer, wir hatten das Bliss Mountain View South und somit einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Schlern (Wer rauschende Bäche nach der Schneeschmelze nicht mag, macht das Fenster einfach zu oder bucht vorab ein anderes Zimmer.) Bequeme Betten, Regendusche getrennt installiert von der Handdusche - wie praktisch und als Pflegeprodukte Aesop!! Ob wandern, Ski fahren, golfen oder einfach mal nur relaxen. Alles ist von hier aus möglich. Der SPA Bereich ist ein Traum, das gesamte Einrichtungskonzept ist stimmig und einfach gut für die Seele. Die Hotelbibliothek in diesem Umfang ist auch sehenswert und mit feinem Geist ausgewählt. Das Personal ist sehr zugewandt und flink. Der Barkeeper Ravi ist ein Juwel. Soviel Aufmerksamkeit als Gast erhält man äußerst selten. Herzlichen Dank an alle, die diesen Wohlfühlort täglich neu erschaffen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Ein Superlativ nach dem anderen... Angefangen von der unaufdringlichen Eleganz , mit der alles gestaltet und zurückhaltend dekoriert ist, über die All-Inklusive-Kulinarik, die nichts von der Massenkost hat, die man sonst bei All-Inklusive leider oft erlebt. Liebevoller, zugewandter Service , an der Rezeption, im Spa, im Restaurant.. Die Zimmer lichtdurchflutet, großzügig, die Badezimmer bis hin zu den luxuriösen Pflegeprodukten von Aesop und den hochwertigen Bademäntel und Slippern ein Traum. Die Saunaaufgüsse mit Antonio ein selbst für erfahrene Saunabesucher nur zum Staunen. Angenehme Gäste, niemand ist laut, niemand drängelt ..Am Ende wurde mir sogar mein vergessener Rucksack nach Hause geschickt. Das ist Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment, man ist verwöhnt, entspannt, glücklich. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Simply wonderful!!!! I stayed with my son for 2 days in this fantastic hotel but I am convinced that I have gained a few more days of life. Relaxation is assured, the staff is very attentive to the customer's needs, we were pampered in every way. I highly recommend it. A heartfelt thank you! See you soon

We are just on the way back to the airport and already discuss when to come back. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! True Luxury for the soul- would highly recommend to anyone who has very high standards re food/ location/ spa/ atmosphere/ drinks/ ski slopes or all of the above ! The quality of everything is very high- super comfortable rooms/ common areas with fantastic attention to details. Lea and family really made it a very special place for people to visit. Special mentions to Ravi, Dionis, Monica, Antonio and of course Lea & Simon ! This is the place not only to unwind but also treat yourself for an incredible food- the kitchen team and the Chef delivered absolutely magical experience! Pool, saunas, aroma room, relaxation area, massages- superb ! My soul is already missing this spot ! We are keen skiers, so can attest that the hotel is very well located- you walk 2 minutes to lift Seiser Alm That takes you to a huge range of lifts and slopes . Although super close to the slopes, you beat the busy crowds so works perfectly (we left skis and boots on the mountains at a locker). Thank you for everything!

We spent New Year's Eve in this new structure. Having been a guest over the years in other 5 star facilities in the area I can make some comparisons. The property itself is nice, small but comfortable, the room is really nice and very clean. I was disappointed by the express cuisine regarding breakfast, it is possible to only order eggs (cooked in various ways), crêpes and pancakes, but we are talking about 1 in number and mini. One morning the white bread ran out and it was not possible to take it, that is, in such a structure is bread counted? I thought that before dinner there would be the classic buffet, which honestly I have always found, also because once you are seated at the table the service, although friendly, is too slow. The off-menu is truly incompressible. I would prefer to pay at the bar and the extras at the table but have more choice on the menu and in the buffets. The last thing that displeased me was that during the booking process I specifically asked to use an Amerix card and was given a positive response, but it wasn't possible. In my opinion, structures of this kind cannot limit themselves to payments. They will definitely improve with time.

We stayed in the hotel on the days around mid-August. The structure is newly built with inspirations, regarding the exterior, from Japanese gardens. The welcome, of rare friendliness, the kindness of the staff who accompanied us throughout our stay will remain etched in our memories for a long time. The rooms are very beautiful and welcoming, bathroom products of the highest quality, a lot of attention is paid to avoiding waste and the abuse of disposable plastic. Impeccable cleanliness in all parts of the hotel. Excellent restaurant, offering an interesting selection of dishes every day. The generously sized spa, with a very beautiful and scenic outdoor pool. We ended our stay with a heavy heart. Lea and Simon, thank you for making us feel at home.
