Very good location near the old bazaar, staff very friendly and helpful, speak English, French and German. Room clean and very well equipped. Free parking. Breakfast with many local specialities. Swimming pool and SPA very amazing.

Das Einzige als man als sehr gut bewerten kann ist die Lage. Alles andere nicht der 5 Sterne wert. Das Bad ist sehr abgenutzt, es gab kein warmes Wasser - auf unsere Beschwerde sagte man uns an der Rezeption, dass man das Wasser 10-15 Minuten laufen lassen soll, bis das warme Wasser kommt ! Sehr "nachhaltig" - hat aber trotzdem nicht funktioniert. Die Wasserhäne waren wacklig und man hat jedes Mal überlegt ob das abbricht. Die ganze Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat an ihrem Glanz veroren. Frühstücksbüffe spartanisch - keine große Auswahl. Frühstück ausgeschrieben bis 10.00 Uhr - um 09:00 Uhr war das Büffet schon leer ..Schade. Wir waren während der islamischen Fasrenzeit da ...jeden Tag um ca. 5.00 Uhr kamen MujezinRufe von der Mosche aus - SEHR LAUT - schlafen war nicht möglich. Obwohl das Hotel nicht voll war, und weitere Zimmer im Innenhof hatte, waren die Mitarbeiter nicht bereit uns andere Zimmer zu geben. Parken unmöglich , da das Restaurant in den Abendstunden anderweitig vergeben worden ist - überfüllt ohne dass sich jemeand drum gekümmert hat. Wenn man im Auto saß, war man 1 Std "eingesprerrt" Rein oder Rausfahren unmöglich. Das Restaurant war für Hotelgäste nicht verfügbar weil die andere Veranstalltung hatten. Im großen und ganzen nicht empfehlenswert...leider

Decent rooms with confortable beds. Very nice helping staff which is the ony one that can get 5 stars. Hotel is not 5 stars for sure and the breakfast is almost 3 stars. No warning about the hotel being next to a mosque where every day at 6 a.m. they had the call for prayer. Nice spa, but the pool is waaay smaller than the pictures.

Konum çarşı içerisinde. Hiçbir araca ihtiyaç duymadan rahatlıkla gezilebilir. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Büyük bir bahçesi var. Bölgedeki diğer otelleri görünce buranın farklı olduğunu anlayacaksınız:) Çalışanlar yardımsever. Check-out saatinde esneklik tanıdılar.

Ho trascorso una notte presso questo hotel posizionato nel cuore di Skpje, circondato da vari locali e luoghi da visitare. Personale molto cortese e disponibile ma dettagli da migliorare. In camera funzionava una sola presa di corrente, odore di fumo e nessuna luce funzionante nella zona letto. Non ho usufruito della Spa.
