Greeting by a great staff member the first night breakfast we best options I’ve had rooms clean found some stuff from previous people in room the pool was very warm but myself and children noticed several things floating in the pool the floors everywhere could use a better vacuuming but overall had a great stay!

Staff was helpful,when you could find them.suppose to be free breakfast,not enough food,didn't eat breakfast,pool closed,but people hanging out,by the pool.no cleaning staff. Wallpaper peeling off walls.water took forever to get hot.

The front desk could not find my reservation. Couldn’t find my payment. Pool was close for Maintenance on the Weekends. Bedsheets did not look clean.

This is a bare bones hotel. Oldest roughest towels I have ever used. Continental breakfast was almost nothing. No hot foods. No place to put your toiletries. No luggage stand. No hangers for clothes. No cleaning service. Really disappointed

This hotel was horrible it is no longer harrisburg inn and suites but a best Western which the owners live in and wear pajamas to barely run the facility. They double charged us and then couldnt produce a proper receipt. Told us that we would have to handle it with our bank and got very defensive when we showed them on our banking account that they double charged us. The room was ok but smelled of cooking food the whole 2 nights we were there and could hear the full conversations going on in the rooms next to us . The facility was not properly illuminated even in the breakfast area which was questionable to begin with. The overall stay was the worst that ive experienced.
