My wife and I had a weekend with dinner and breakfast on Skjalm Hvide Hotel. It was fantastic from our arrival. We were met with smiling personale for our check in. Our waiter Teresa was fantastic, smiling and service minded. We are definitely comming back.

3rd floor rooms were small and difficult to move around in due to angled ceilings. Paint could use some touch ups. Social areas and pool tables were enjoyed by kids in our family. Food was quite good and people were very nice.

Second night the hotel room was so damp, that going to bed was like entering a swimmingpool The staff was lovely, I tried an other room just as damp, then the last room available on scoond floor was better and less damp. Imagine that you bring an ironed shirt, and it feel like taken out of the washing mashine, the you know the feeling. I had booked 4 night next week but I cancelled it.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is located in the small village Jorlund, not far from the town of Slangerup in Northern Zealand. The surrounding village has no facilities, such as shops and restaurants, but the location is quiet and within driving distance of several good sights. The hotel has about 60 rooms and also rather large conference facilities. Parking is available right outside the hotel. Our room was large and spacious, reasonably clean and quiet with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. We had booked half board at the cosy restaurant and the dinner turned out to be excellent with great food and reasonably priced wine. Service all over the hotel was very good with friendly and professional staff. The included buffet breakfast was also very good

The internet is week almisser non existing Reseption service was good and helpful Parking area is chaotic, narrow parking an all tries to get parked there Breakfast is ok but the sausage are warm but under cooked Dinner I did not have due allergy reasons
