We are a family of 12 pax and stayed here for 2 nights. The moment we stepped into the hotel lobby we felt the warmth of hospitality. Very friendly and efficient staffs at the reception, f&b and housekeeping make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Nice room and tastey foods suppliment our satistaction. Even the GM Mr Jekson took his initiatives to approach us to ask for our well being. Definitely will come back again. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

For this price, the room was okay and quite clean. The bed and beddings were clean and crisp. But there was noises as below my room is the garage. And some other rooms were making quite noises in the middle of the night.

The stay experience was great. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was warmly received by Fernanda, who took me to the restaurant of the hotel to experience the free refreshments and tea provided by the local hotel. We had a long conversation together. Fernanda was very sweet and sincere, and patiently answered many of my questions. I also learned about the local life in Indonesia through this opportunity, which was a great experience. For the first time I check this hotel because near Ambarukmo Plaza, then there was a lot street food on jalan Wahid Hasyim. I'm sure you're never feel hungry in the middle of night. Easy Check in and helpful staff, This hotel did'nt provide mineral water bottle, but they provide you a glass water jug, so you can reffil as free flow . #this is i Loved.. Amenities is good, all fungtion in room runs well. I have reserv for superior twin room, its possible if you want extra bed. They have smooking room if you want, so you can note on your reservation. First room was not good.. Air Conditioning has terrible sounding, bathroom door, towels were dirty. Then reported to receptionist. I met with higher personnel for the hotel, then I reported with condition of the room. Then she gave me a better room than the first one.
But, still towels and bed linen are old and look dirty.

Placed at Dagen, part of Malioboro street makes this hotel have an easy access to wherever we desire to go visit in Yogya. Near to the Station was one of the reason I pick this hotel. The team let me have the access to the hotel room in early check-in time. Room was nice and neat. The TV had various channel both local and international. One more great thing is the outdoor area on 5th floor, such cozy to hangout.

When I get into the room, the room is quite small, what a little shock is that the bathroom is like a boat and a little shiny, the room is a little light, the window is very dim. Unfortunately, if there is a sound in the hallway of the room, it's very shocking inside so it's like awake. By the way, the breakfast is very good for a budget hotel like this, complete, a little more classy than other hotels in Rajasthan at the same price.

Pleasant stay If you're on a budget, this hotel is a good option. Room was clean, minimalist industrial interior, sufficient amenities, room a little bit dark, but still okay, no views outside the window Bathroom, no separate between shower and closet, so the bathroom will get wet and slippery, other than that, the bathroom quite spacious, so it's comfortable to bath Walking distance to Malioboro, didn't take breakfast, because i prefer local culinary.

GGuest UserBest hotel for family staycation. This hotel has the best place for family. Their service is above and beyond. With some facilities that can indulge the guest experiences. In the back of their hotel, there is a kid place to hang out. Also, they completed their place with some animals, which is guest could feed them. Such as fish, sheep, and even a small ponytail horse. For the dining area, they open their buffet for breakfast from 6am to 10am on the 2nd floor. Surprisingly, they have popcorn, gellato, and even cottoncandy for the kids. Not forget, traditional food ,like gudeg, also serves to complete the dishes. For room, we booked a budget room. The room is a little bit small for a family with 1 kid.

ZZawiMy wife & I had an excellent stay at Marriot Yogya room 822.
The room was spacious and super nice. Nespresso coffee machine and window had very long day bed. Service was excellent in particular Dina, Nisha & Panji from M Club. They really paid attention to our food & drinks. Breakfast had great variety to choose from. Local & Western food. Pakuwon Mall is just next door which made shopping so convenient. Marriot Yogya is a must stay. No doubt about it.

Even the voice from the pool, can be heard. (My room are not that close from the pool). Everything is great, but need more Soundproofing.

TTri_MI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead.
But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician.
But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either.
Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta.
But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

GGuest UserThis trip to Yogyakarta was short but very pleasant, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. I usually stay in other Accor's hotel in Yogyakarta, but this time, I opt to try to stay in Grand Mercure. The check in process was smooth and super fast. The FOM even also attended me at that time, ensuring that my checking in process was pleasant. They had dedicated desk for Accor member avoiding long queue in the regular check-in counter. Too bad, they couldn't upgrade me to executive room or beyond, due to their high occupancy. The room was in the Premium Deluxe. It was nice, clean, and comfy, although it was not too sound-proof. So you could be disturbed with children running around and shouting in the hallway. Bathroom amenities was quite good for a deluxe room, hoping that they would provide a better one in the higher-level room. They had gym facility, but the operational hours were so limited. They even closed at 11 am to 3 pm. Too bad... They should prolong the operational hour for the gym tho, accommodated with access card, perhaps. The afternoon tea service was provided from 5 - 7 pm, with selection of fritters and small cut of cakes from their selection. Small is literally small, but since I came alone, the food provided was more than enough. For welcome drink selections, alcoholic beverages was provided for platinum member. Love this one!!! The staffs in their bar and lounge were so helpful and cater to all I needed. Thumbs up for them... To my surprise, they provided me a dedicated table for breakfast with my name written on the table. This never could be found in other Accor Hotel. Love also the services provided during my breakfast time. the chef was also good serving my 'delicate' eggs. Check-out process was also super fast. Even another manager was attended at that time greeted me and asked me about their services and facilities during my stay. Overall, this very short trip was very delightful, again, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. Definitely gonna stay there again... To all staffs, thanks for your great hospitality and keep up the good teamwork.

JJohanAdrianThe receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for โGoodโ service Johan

GGrace1004When I entered the hotel entrance using Grab, it was so narrow that even the Grab driver was embarrassed.
However, I would like to give it a generous score thanks to the friendly staff.
In particular, the pizza I ordered through room service was an excellent choice!!
I highly recommend it because itโs so delicious!!
The location of the accommodation was a little far from Malioboro, but we chose a place close to the church to go to church on Sundays, so we are satisfied with the location.
The room was clean, but a bit old, and the swimming pool was smaller and dirtier than expected, which was disappointing.
