We had a room on the top floor by request, room looked clean on the surface but as we looked further, nothing about 5 feet was clean, tops of doors tops of cabinets etc Definitely NOT allergy friendly at all. The heavy scented cleaners made me feel ill. We wiped every surface down with our Norwex cloths and ran our air purifiers to make room safe to stay in. Front desk clerk , Ash was very nice and embarrassed that the room wasn't clean enough. The breaker box was missing a breaker for the gfi which is a dangerous code violation. We took photos of before we cleaned and ran our machines and after of the air quality

Don't clean room 7day not clean when check in feet stuck to floor in room, coffee machine broken breakfast was rotten banana or frozen apples rude day workers

The hotel was better than I expected. The pool was a little cold but I knew ahead that the heater was not working because I called. We had the one bedroom studio suite which was more than enough space. I didn't go to breakfast, but I was told at check-in that there would be fruit and coffee. It was family/kid friendly. Good location by the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. Will book again.
