HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had to sleep in my car. On the way home to AL from M D Anderson cancer center for my mom. When walking into the lobby the perfumed smell was horrible and room was just as bad. I did complain, front desk clerk said sometimes they smell musty, I think the tried to cover up with scent. I couldn't get a room at a hotel near there because of tornado day before. We had to sleep in the car. I asked a man in the elevator and he agreed with the perfumey. Also, there is a sign about the tinted water and it's okay for you to drink. If you wash your hands, you have to keep rinsing and rinsing and feels like an oily residue, had to use hand sanitizer to get it off. VERY disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
