This was a lovely stay at this lovely hotel, room was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces.

Excellent service Nice hotel well located and staff are very obliging Arthur took my booking and happened to be at reception when we checked in . He remembered my details He is very professional Staff are excellent ( Erin on Reception) I had a car problem while there and hotel staff helped out. Breakfast was A1 and very personally served. Rooms are clean and airy. Would return again. Booking direct for best deals.

Great service over the telephone. Answered all my questions including parking. On arrival another cheerful member of staff greeted us - always lovely to receive a smile 😊 - our triple room was spotless and had a kettle, ample coffee/tea/milk supplies. There was an iron/ironing board & a hairdryer supplied too. Ample towels and a spotless bathroom with a great shower! We were very impressed with beds/pillows etc. and slept well. The breakfast was equally as good - the restaurant was well staffed & lots of smiles & helpful employees. Definitely a 10/10 for the Riverside! It was as good a stay as any 4* star hotel I’ve been in recently. Will definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Also - the food in the restaurant bar was great! Staff very friendly & portions huge! Highly recommend the chicken stack!

Highly recommend this hotel. Very close to Sligo Town centre. Food was very tasty in the bar and the staff were friendly and intentive. Only about 8 parking spaces outside the hotel. Paid on street parking about a 5 minute walk. Definitely will be back.

Just back from a three night stay at the Riverside Hotel. Lovely welcome on arrival from Arthur receptionist. Hotel room was really nice and comfortable, lively view of the river, bed and pillows so nice. Great breakfast in a really light and bright dining room with river view. Hotel bar and restaurant seems to be a busy spot, plenty of screens for sports. Bar staff Ronan, Sean and Patrick so friendly and efficient. The hotel is adjacent to all amenities and town centre. All in all a little gem of a hotel.
