Go there - found cold saunas and a family couple with a breast child desperately trying to go to the ice pool. It turned out that it was necessary to ask for 2 hours to melte the sauna (spa comes from 7.00 to 10.00, it turns out, at 5 a.m. it was necessary to call or warn from the evening, but how, if we didn't know it?) Then it turned out that it is not all the spa, but only the ice pool, a kamon, Why is it needed without sauna? On breakfast to 9.00 there were only 4 pancakes and meat cut, and we three people family, to the nearest cafe to go by car. Residence cost 240 Belarusian rubles or 7000 Russian rubles. And it would be justified - the hotel itself does not concede to Radisson, for example, which in Helsinki, but the SPA and the service need to be completed, nowhere is it suitable. Include sauna, put a prescribing room on massages and procedures, train staff to inform guests about the cost-included services and additional services - we, for example, were ready to leave another 7,000 to massage and spa. But they were so disappointed that even walking around the territory was no longer desired, and I had to go looking for breakfast. In general, not 4* that, not 4.
