The room was clean the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. The tile on the Jacuzzi has some tiles that were broken. Not the best impression to leave your guest.

Small town off the main route but you will find a very well kept hotel. 2 floors but no elevator so I book early to get main level

Stayed one night on a girls night away. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Asked for a dinner recommendation in walking distance and did not disappoint with their suggestion. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Some of the softest towels I’ve ever had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

If you like the sound of toilets flushing and water running this is the place to be. Trying to sleep while you hear the neighbours toilets makes for a horrible sleep.

We were in town for a funeral. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and staff was lovely. Would recommend.

Breakfast and cleanness was excellent. THe staff there is not attentove at alland have no customer service skills. I would go to the perth location and avoid the Smithfalls location. The staff does not attend to there front desk to service there customer and the reserversation specialist keeps saying ok ok ok to get you off the phone with her ASAP,lol service sucks
