Amazing friendly service from all staff, it was also a beautiful location and great starting point to tackle the Tarkine Drive. Room was lovely and clean but TVs were extremely dated, we couldn't even stream Netflix and movies were very limited. Food choices were pretty good at the restaurant and sports bar. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom units. Comfortable. Kitchenette for making easy food. Beds comfortable. TVs could use updating, internet was slow and patchy, unable to stream anything on your devices. Pool was lovely and warm. Takeaway in pub/restaurant was great, pizza was really good. Units warm and family friendly. Smithton is a great place to base activities on the north west and west coast. There are other forms of accommodation available as well. Bottle shop and restaurant on site. Tennis courts too but we ran out of time.

Beautiful property on the NW Coast. Loved the two bedroom apartment overlooking the lake. Stylish and new, a home away from home. Fabulous swimming pool and gym. Dining options worth staying in-house. This property deserves the awards it has received. Will be back.

I was a bit disappointed, I didn't realise I booked a standard room and it got very warm in the timbered cabin. Had I known at check-in there was a spa and pool I would have jumped in and not rang management looking for an upgrade. Sorry no we are full - so no upgrades. But the manager did offer me a pizza from the bistro and a drink as it was getting late and maybe he knew I was getting hangry. That Margherita pizza was the best pizza I've ever tasted, thankyou very much and the drinks icy cold. The bed was crisp and comfy and we made our way to the pool and spa in the morning. Very delightful.

The room was clean, felt relaxed and had an uninterrupted stay, could drink our own drinks outside at the tables in the shade and sun.
Received a call earlier in the afternoon asking if we would like a reservation and we appreciated the call.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment. Overnight stay, nice swimming pool area. Lovely hotel grounds. Ample parking. Bar meals and restaurant meals available. Gaming lounge, bottle shop. Friendly staff, checkout is 10am 11.00 would be better. Room didn’t have aircon so was aliktle stuffy but did have a portable fan to use.
