I am a long term Titanium Member and was extremely disappointed in this Residence Inn. The staff are awesome and location great for Braves games. The facilities are not in good condition - I would actually say this was the worst Marriott property I have stayed. Room pictures online do not reflect quality of the rooms. We stayed in the King Loft Suite in the back of the property. The room was in very poor condition. The buildings, pool, overall grounds are also in poor condition. They are in progress of updating the rooms but it is going to take a lot of work. A warning - we stayed in 1222. Behind the property is a car dealer / service department. Car alarms and horns were going off 24 hours a day, non-stop for our entire stay.

Stayed for Braves game. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Close enough to walk to the Braves game. Walking from there is actually quicker than hiring a ride share, but walking is an issue if you are older or have leg issues. Overall a fabulous stay.

Here for a one night stay and WON’T be back again. Pros: Close to everything. Cons. Bad customer service, rooms equivalent to a motel and inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. The girl at the front desk was sleep when I arrived and had a horrible attitude. I had to walk three flights of stairs to get to my room, it’s the setup with all outside doors. The studio that I was stuck with had a pullout sofa in the middle of the room. I had to move it to actually use it. The room was so small that the foot of the bed was on the window. I might be wrong, but most of the studios that I’ve stayed in a residence inn have two TVs. The ceiling was cracking and had visible water damage. Don’t waste your money find a real Marriott property. This is a quality in with the Marriott branding.

I purposely booked with this hotel because it is part of the Marriott chain which "normally" means good quality and service. Needless to say, it fell far below my expectations!
The in-room service was non-existent. I was never told that there is absolutely NO service on the weekends. The front desk staff suggested that we take our own garbage out to the dumpster in the parking lot. I do NOT recommend this hotel based on the non-Marriott type of service.

Anyone driving onto the property needed a gate key, which is why I guess I was charged a $12 parking fee… it seems like a good idea, but I saw random people walking onto the property and witnessed a car load of kids exiting a car at the entrance of the property to use the pool.. they weren’t staying at the hotel.
There were a few issues including mosquitoes in my room and the television in the master bedroom wasn’t working, but overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was quite and clean.

In town one night for a Braves game. Hotel was conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am in the area.
