Unfortunately and surprisingly I had A TERRIBLE experience with the staff named Benjamin Bennie this week. I'm a mom to a 2 year old and the air conditioning went out in our home so as a long time reward member of Marriott, Fairfield Inn was our top choice to enjoy a quick staycation. Upon arrival, I can not even explain in words how rude Benjamin Bennie was. I've never experienced such disrespect. It was so bad, I opted to go back home and sleep in the heat. I've escalated this situation to corporate so no one has to deal with him. Benjamin Bennie is a horrible representation of the Marriott brand.
