The room was great, very clean & front desk customer service was excellent! The housekeeping service was also great! I will definitely stay there again & will recommend family & friends as well! Only problem was only one elevator was working!

The pillows were too hard for me. I like them softer and fluffier. The walls also are to thin. I can hear conversations in other rooms or hallway. On top of that, this review makes me have at least 200 characters so that's why I had to add this last comment.

Jarvis was so welcoming and helpful at check in and Eilli had made the room clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. The best were so comfy, breakfast was great and had variety, location was excellent for us to go into downtown and escape in the evenings. Great stay!

Everything was great except only one elevator was partially working. It caused a lot of congestion in the morning for people trying to get to breakfast and/or check out. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I would likely stay here again.

Overall a clean hotel, friendly staff. The biggest issue was the elevator situation: one was out of service and the other one was close to being out of service-the door clamshelled on my wife when she was getting in and she almost couldn’t get it off of her. A dangerous situation!

Great opportunity for a family to stay at. Ear alot of attractions. Breakfast was good, pillows and beds were good. Clean bathroom thank you Jarvis, Marcela who cleaned the room, and the AGM J Riley. We really enjoy the pool time as well. Only down fall one elevator for a busy place.

Staff was really great and friendly! Especially the night they me front desk as we arrived around 11:30pm and were greeted with smiles and pleasantry’s…. The elevators were having issues during our stay but a technician was there working on it while we were checking out.

All people at the reception were very nice all the time except for the guy at 8 pm when I came back from the MBL baseball game. I couldn't make an early check in so I had to after the game. Did not greeted me, even though I greeted him, didn't know anything about my already filled out docs and when I told him, he got uncomfortable and said "I did not know ma'am" with attitude!! I'll try not to make a check in Mondays at night, instead I'll try to look for another person to have a better treatment and attitude. I was even afraid to ask how the deliveries worked.

Accommodations were satisfactory. Very clean. Pool was nice but there’s no shade. The shuttle was never available when we asked for it. Plan to walk. There is plenty to do and eat within a few miles. There is no shuttle to the hotel from the airport.
