位置和環境很好的酒店，但是軟件差了點，訂了兩個房間，晚上11點多到那邊衹有一個房間，然後説滿房，最後衹能我們三個人擠一間房。早餐很差，經濟型酒店的配置。

My husband and I loved this property. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable . Room 514. We did have lady bugs in our room. But we didn’t complain they are a sign of good luck and it was only 3. The hot water got so very hot it was like being at my own home. The only thing we didn’t like was you pay 12 bucks to park. But we would definitely stay again!!

The Hyatt claims to be pet friendly, but has no option to book a pet friendly room. I left a note at booking that I would have two dogs traveling with me. However, upon check in I was told there would be an additional $100 fee per pet. This is not what I would consider pet friendly. Patrons should be made aware of these outrageous extra charges at booking, not check in. You are also charged $12 per day to park. We will not be returning.

The ac is our first room was not working, we tried to give it a chance and waited a few hours. After waiting the few hours it was 78 in the room and the temperature was just going up. Our next room was much better

We stayed for about a week with three kids and it was a terrific fit for us. The room was spacious, the breakfasts were great, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a bus stop which offered efficient travel to The Battery. We anticipate staying again at some point.

Very positive 5 night day over the holidays. Imane went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Couldn't be any more hospitable and friendly, in spite of having to work the holidays. The concierge staff made us feel like we were ole friends. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hoping housekeeping staff gets tipped when gfolks stay there as they work very hard in making sure things are perfect for the traveler. We only ate there for breakfast as we were visiting family. Outstanding breakfast in a very pretty and warm setting. Looking forward to visiting in May for a family visit.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. My suite was spacious and price was affordable. Although I don’t believe guests should be charged for parking, the parking charge was not that much. Staff was helpful and the bar served good drinks. This hotel gives military discounts. Much appreciated

Lawrence in the bar, Padella, is wonderful! Go see him. Food was great. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay there again. This was our 2ndc time staying there and was happy the first time do we didn't look to stay anywhere else.
