Was a great hotel and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend!

Dirty / Unwashed Sheets My family recently stayed at the Snellville, GA location and the first night my brother and his wife found loose popcorn, etc in their sheets when they first got to their room. Unfortunate but a simple oversight and we were just checking in and then going to a birthday part so we all figured they could clean the room while we were out. We got back that night (~5 hours later) and nothing had been done. A little frustrated but figured they did not have time to get to our room.. We went down to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned but were told maintenance had left for the day and that we would have to change the sheets ourselves. Again, frustrating but not a big deal. When we were checking out the next morning, the manager at the front desk was apologetic and said he would comp that room. However, when we reviewed the bill earlier today we noticed we were still charged for the room…Called the corporate office to ask why the room charge was not taken off and they were indifferent and tbh pretty rude. They refused to honor what the front desk manager offered. Would not recommend this location, unless you plan on bringing your own linens or sleeping bags.

TV would not turn on from the bed area...had trouble turning tv on and changing channels....

While at this hotel we were told room cleaning service could not be given every day or even every other day due to lack of staff! Many days of dirty towels in a room, and overflowing garage is not acceptable for a Hampton Inn! Be prepared to get your own towels, soaps, and take out your own garage from the room every day. This hotel is also one of the more expensive hotels in the area. Breakfast could also improve with the addition of fresh blueberries or strawberries.

Great hotel in an awesome location (right off GA HWY 124). It is in a very short walking distance of Outback, Cracker Barrel, Zaxby's, Home Depot and a LOT of other places to shop and eat. It's a newer hotel so the decor is stylish and inviting. The staff is wonderful and if you're a truck driver, you can park your entire vehichle (cab AND trailer) there for free!

We travel a ton for our kids sports. Hotel experiences can either make that easier and more enjoyable or more difficult and sometimes downright miserable. In this case, I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff at the Hampton Inn Snellville. Sharod at the front desk and the other really kind woman who was there when we arrived at 9pm after a 5 hour drive went above and beyond from the very beginning through the rest of our stay. They got us plates, napkins and silverware for our takeout as we walked in. Changed the TV station to what we asked for multiple times during the weekend. They even let us use their microwave to heat up something. From the cleaning staff to the breakfast attendant, everyone was just warm and friendly. Everywhere we looked, things were clean and I felt like I could rest. We had a really bad experience the previous weekend at different hotel and after that, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! We travel back here yearly for sports and I would not hesitate to book again!

Review: As a public figure who frequently travels for work and has stayed in hotels all over the world, I have certain expectations when it comes to accommodations. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Snellville Atlanta NE fell far below those expectations. Upon arrival, we encountered numerous issues. Despite notifying the hotel a week prior to resolve a billing discrepancy, I was still charged the original amount upon check-in. Additionally, check-in was significantly delayed, despite being told it would be at 3 pm. The most concerning issue was when a family member fell off the broken bed. While there were no visible injuries, it was a frightening experience. Furthermore, upon further inspection, we discovered a pillow with a black, dirty stain on it. As someone with back issues, sleeping on the floor was not ideal, but we had no other choice due to the unsafe bed and the presence of children. Given the rate, I expected a certain level of luxury, but I was deeply disappointed by the lack of quality and service provided. Additionally, the hotel's lack of transparency regarding the pool closure, despite inquiring about it before booking, only added to the overall poor experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend staying at this Hampton Inn. The hotel's disregard for guest safety, cleanliness, and transparency in pricing is unacceptable. Management should take immediate action to address these issues and ensure a better experience for future guests.
