Stop along a road trip. Pics online look great but the hotel is quite outdated and neglected. Old torn carpet, beat up walls and doors, Old furniture... Breakfast food was good but there were no coffee cups and the nice lady working the breakfast area couldn't get the desk staff to get any cups, even after asking repeatedly. Fridge in room does not have freezer. Eventually, to use the spa/jacuzzi you need to tell them 2 1/2 hrs in advance so they'll heat it (it was cold). On the plus side, they have car charging unit in the parking lot.

The staff was rude. Our bathroom wasn’t clean. They didn’t have blankets for pull out couch.

Our first room we got was not cleaned at all. The second room it was so noisy and terrible!

Enjoy their place very clean and cozy. Will return on future trips. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspect of the property and suggested place to dine at within driving distance to the property.

We had a ball of dirty napkins on the floor of our room, no tissues in the tissue box, some hairs in the bed, and 2 conditioner bottles and no shampoo. The light from the sign next to the hotel was very intense, so even though we closed the blackout curtains as much as we could, there was bright light coming through the cracks. And unfortunately, guests who brought their dogs didn’t pick up their poop because it was all over the perimeter of the hotel. I also felt like the breakfast was not very eco-friendly with the amount of packaging, styrofoam and plastic used. Other than that, the room was clean and on the positive side, breakfast had a lot of variety.

The television in my room would not turn on and when I consulted the front desk they have a solution or maintenance person to fix it. All they offered was a change of rooms.

The cleanliness of the entire place was poor. Our room had stains on the curtains and the bed skirt. The carpets were stained and dirty. The TV didn’t work. The smell was horrible. Breakfast was served everything morning but there were flies all over the biscuits and gravy. The pool was freezing and dirty. The elevator was super slow so we took the stairs and they had not been vacuumed in a while. We asked for extra pillows and were told they had none. Would not stay here again.
