Good location close to everything you need, pool was out of service, room was clean was good for a stop over on my way to DFW

We drove until late and stopped here for the night to sleep and eat breakfast before continuing on our trip. This Best Western met those needs perfectly. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and room was warm on a cold winter night.

Mr Vishal checked me in, a very kind person. Mr Vishal takes care of everything at the hotel, he put us in a great room, very quiet. Great room, everything is clean and works. The beds are great and the shower is great too. Great hot water, great pressure The breakfast is good, with hot and cold items. We stayed just one night. Rang bell for service and quickly some arrived and checked us in. Our room was cleaned but the bed sheets were dirty. Someone came right away and changed them apologizing for the inconvenience. The second set had I decided stains on them. No one wants stained or dirty sheets. Said they would comp me on my BW membership. So far they haven’t. The breakfast was barely edible; the sausage was greasy, the gravy was gross as the pot was all crusty and the gravy looked old. The coffee need some coffee in it, more like lightly colored water. I give it three stars just for response time and convenience of location.

I live in Colorado but spend my springs and falls in South Padre Island, Texas. Snyder, Texas is about half way on my travels back and forth. I've stayed at the Best Western in Snyder many times over the past years and I always find it to be clean and comfortable and the hosts are always very friendly. I recommend this motel highly and I plan on continuing to stay there on my travels back and forth.

This was an older facility without an elevator. My handicapped husband could not conquer the stairs so the receptionist placed us in a bottom floor room without an extra cost.
