the service is good and relaxed, the staff are relaxed, normal people. food good, hamburger and salmon pasta were tasty, breakfast good and sufficient. The room is clean and the sauna is nice after visiting the tundra. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights but room/towels/bedding were not refreshed - room was generally clean otherwise. Bed not comfortable but the room was warm and cosy. The hotel was well located as it was central and functional for excursions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Main restaurant ok but found better dining externally.

We were in the accommodation on our honeymoon.
The hotel is more of an active hotel with a ski slope next door. The rooms are unfortunately a bit older than they look in the photos. Breakfast was very good and the staff super friendly.
But unfortunately a bit worse compared to the other Santa hotels.

The pictures made us expect more than the object itself was on the spot. The hotel corridor smelled old. The room was cramped because there was no carpet on the floor. The bed is old, low and the bedclothes worn thin. The TV is small and either the settings are dark or the visibility is poor. The night lamp kept "falling" with the lamp side Down. There were some controls in the lamp, but they didn't stay even if they were tightened. The toilet paper holder also wobbled and was loose.
Breakfast ok. Nothing special, but what was needed was available.
Disappointing overall. The only thumbs up to Respa, who was really kind and gave the room earlier. Thanks for that 👍

The room with the Swedish stove was very nice. We think it's great that the rooms are not cleaned daily, but on request - this avoids unnecessary towel changes etc. The sauna in the room is rather small (loungers are not an option!). It takes about an hour to heat up. After that it is pleasant to enjoy. We had half board, although we thought it was a shame that there is only a 3-course menu and if you want to change a course you pay €5 for the starter and dessert and €10 for the main course. That's a shame, because it can happen that you don't like something. The food was always very good. However, I would recommend not having half board next time, so you can eat your way through the menu yourself. The service staff were rather reserved but always friendly. From the hotel you can get to the center quickly and there are lovely excursion options all around.

Looking at the other reviews I wonder if we are talking about the same hotel... From the entrance you quickly understand: no real reception but a welcome in the corner of the bar... the common areas have an air of the years 60 and the decoration of the same. No soul… basic room, very soft mattress, empty mini bar and finally cleaning not done on Monday!!! After a complaint, which was of no use... the pseudo reception seemed to find it completely normal that the room was not done: "absolutly" "tomorrow" these are the answers!!! Decent breakfast but not great!! And finally being on half board….serious mistake!! No choice of dishes! I only one starter, one main course and one dessert!!!!! We refused the 2 desserts one evening by asking if we could have cheese instead, I mean just one cheese, well we were told “yes, no problem” but that would be 5 euros! Great !!! Very commercial!!! Very, very disappointing….

Very expensive for what it really is, old room with heating which puts a smell of smoke and burning inside the room, we had to open the window with -6º outside, a lot of noise in the hallways, people don't even respect us and from 6 In the morning you can hear screams and bangs, a plus point is the parking lot, you can charge your car if you have a wall socket, also if you want your room to be cleaned you have to ask for it, they don't have daily service, the service is unbeatable on the part of the staff and food was very good although we found it extremely expensive, very good location to see the auroras
