Extremely unwelcoming front desk staff! No hot water in the dispenser! (What's with the coffee? It's just gone after 4 PM! Not once have I received a complimentary item (for tea) during all my stays, and there's no tea at all! For this price, they could at least provide proper tea and coffee!
Long black hairs on the bedding, so unpleasant! (The air conditioning works poorly. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible because there's a huge gap under the entrance door, so you can hear all the other guests. Utter disappointment! I do not recommend it.

Good location, very friendly staff and service. Best option to check-in online, you receive a code to the external and internal doors. Room was quite big, nice bathroom and very reasonable price.

One of the best hotels ive been to for the price. Easy check in and check out and great services across the whole hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms for 3 friends. Smart TV was also great to watch Netflix and YouTube. Also lovely view from the top floor of the city.

Cheap and cheerful. Has the basics. Is fairly clean. Location was perfect for me. Right outside the only mosque in Sofia.
Now the negatives. Bathroom light was very dim. Could do with changing. No closing door on shower cubical.. only half doors. So you will wet the bathroom floor. There was no window in my room. It wasn't something I thought about, but only realising this when I get in the room. So if it's something important.. maybe check if your room has a window.

The hotel is in a truly prime location, right in the middle of all the attractions. It's a very neat and tidy hotel.
