The cooling is not working as they said it is cold season now.

The hotel has a wide view, sometimes the breakfast is good and rich, the upper floors can see the city, like the park next to it, it is large and suitable for walking, hiking and running, the big room is nice

The junior suite is very nicely furnished. Very clean.

I stayed at this hotel during a dance festival and this was actually one of the few advantages of this hotel (all the workshops here held there). Cleaning ok. It is very cold in room (I slept on a sofe near the windows and I could not sleep because of the cold and the noise coming from outside). Breakfast is quite poor in terms of options (if you decide to have breakfast after 8:30, you will see that there is not much food left and they do not bring more). Also, they charge you for the parking. the card does not work when you want to exist the parking and since the doorman does not speak English it is quite difficult to explain that you have already paid for the parking.

Well this was certainly something to remember. Stayed here back in May 2018 for a conference. The hotel is a cold was relic, which I would certainly not book had I had the choice. The lobby is huge and empty, and the rooms spread over numerous floors, sparcely decorated, giving you a cold and dreary feeling. The views over the dark city and sweeping, but the location is not central and did not offer anything to orient yourself. There is a quite good restaurant with local cuisine nearby. Sofia itself is worth a visit, the centre is quite interesting and the immense cathedral extraordinaty - worth a visit for its own shake.

The hotel has impressive architecture and largely dominates the surrounding area. We slept in one of the 'suites' made up of the tip of the spire formed by the building on the 15th floor. The view of Sofia is absolutely extraordinary, and the room is huge, with two bathrooms and a living room. Well, we're in Bulgaria so it's clean but not perfect, the furniture is a little dated, the cleaning is rough. And the hotel restaurant is frankly catastrophic.

Stay from 14 to 18 to 11 floor Old room, poorly insulated windows, Wind came in, no heating connected but not working Wool blanket 3 to keep warm. Noisy due to the international racing tournament in the corridor at midnight, no manager who intervenes. Decent breakfast, no more fruit. Bad coffee. I want everyone to know, first of all the hotel administration. If you care, of course. I did not choose the placement of my own free will. But, having arrived and being horrified, I paid extra for the most expensive “suite”. Disgusting, outrageous behavior of the staff. Starting from the reception. There is no cleaning in the rooms, only replacement of towels, even without replacement of shower gels. The staff comes to “clean” when we are in the room, and does not respond to the request to come later. They don’t understand English, but I don’t even understand Bulgarian. The child was sitting on the toilet and, accordingly, was not allowed to go to the toilet, because they came silently, seeing that we were in the room. so the maid called her partner and they tore down the door! I told the reception about this but no one even apologized! There was no reaction at all. The floors are not vacuumed! The bed was simply covered crookedly with a blanket, they didn’t even straighten the pillows. I made the whole video. I’m just shocked, this is the bottom! What does anyone write about the “park”?? The park is a landscaped area, here it’s just a forest!! For breakfast I ate cucumbers and a boiled egg. I took a photo of how the men didn’t choose anything for themselves, they only took bread and sausage. A supermarket is in fact a kiosk with snacks and alcohol. There is no decent coffee in the restaurant. The so-called breakfast honey turned out to be glucose syrup. We even saved money on this. That's just FU.
