Todo perfecto. Es un edificio tradicional bien ubicado y agradable, muy limpio y con las instalaciones adecuadas para una estancia corta en Sofía. El desayuno está incluido, con pan tostado, zumo, café, yogur, etc. Muy completo. Lo mejor del hotel es que el propietario te cuenta la historia del país mientras desayunas, lo cual es una experiencia muy interesante porque habla con pasión y sabe muchísima historia. Merece la pena alojarse aquí solo por eso. Un 10 el anfitrión.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The host was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He even gave me a brief history of Bulgaria during breakfast, which was fascinating. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great, right near the city center. I highly recommend Casa Ferrari if you are staying in Sofia!

I stromgly recommend this hotel.
The place is 20minutes walking from the nearest metro station.
There is a wide living room, kitchen, and laundry.
In the room, bed, desk, sofa,cloak, toilet and shower.
But the reason why I recommend is the owner.
His co-host is a descendant of Italian kraftman. So our
furniture came from 1910-20Italian.
He set up perfect breakfast at 8:30.
Plus, he explains short history of Sofia.
His sincererlity is out standing in my experience in Europe.

This place is the best! Nearby are: grocery store, ATM, pharmacy, pizza place and main streets leading to the city center. The apartment is exceptionally clean, and is sort of like a combination of a hostel and a boutique-hotel—has three ensuite rooms, a large living/dining area, and complete kitchen, with triple filtered drinking water, cooking options, a big fridge you can store your own food in, and a delicious breakfast prepared every morning by the host. He can also organize day trips and give you a detailed history of Bulgaria. The apartment has furnishings from the host’s ancestors (very lovely) and the bathrooms are very nice, with a good strong shower. On the wall are the awards and citations they have received over the years from various places, including TripAdvisor. I highly recommend this B&B!

Sofia B and B gem
We absolutely loved and appreciated our host, Ludmil. He is welcoming, gracious, knowledgeable and excited to share his love of Bulgaria and his breadth of knowledge with all of his guests. He is the main reason to stay at Casa Ferrari. We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality.
Accommodations are clean and comfortable and are in a good, walkable location. The room was large and breakfast good. By US standards, this is a very modest accommodation which was good for us and afforded us nice opportunities to interact with the other guests from various international locations. We highly recommend Casa Ferrari for travelers who want to get to know their host, local environment and other world travelers.

A very comfortable b&b in the heart of beautiful Sofia. It's within walking distance of everything. It was warm when I was there and the air conditioning worked well. The street is quiet, the breakfasts were excellent, and Ludmil is an informative and very helpful host. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sofia.

We had a great trip. Ludmil is a wonderful host! We enjoyed the different Bulgarian pastries each morning & his chats about Bulgarian history, plus advice on where to go & how to get there. He also took us one day to Rila Monastery, a trout restaurant & Boyana Church. This was a more relaxing trip than if we'd gone on a coach tour!
