Hotel Maison Sofia Mgallery Collection is located in a quiet area of ​​Sofia. Parking is available for guests. The hotel is nicely furnished, the reception staff are very nice. Our room was on higher floor, it was also nicely furnished and a small sweet surprise was waiting for us on the table. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not the best. There were crumbs on the carpet, dust in some places. We were in the room with our children, but we only had only one bathrobe and one slippers in the closet. We also only had one coffee capsule. During our stay, they didn't even provide us with more coffee, and we also had to wash the cups ourselves. We tried the fitness room - it was well equipped and clean. A very kind and helpful employee guided us through the entire wellness area, which was also very nice. This gentleman takes care of the wellness area very well. There is a swimming pool (with a non-functional whirlpool), a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a relaxation room. We also booked our stay with breakfast, which was pleasant and there was a lot to choose from. We also tried the hotel restaurant, some dishes were good (salad with strawberries and cheese, hamburger, desserts), but some were without taste, even in the trio burgers we had raw undercooked meat. The service was austere at first, they even sent us away at first, because supposedly the entire restaurant was reserved by a sports club that was staying in the hotel, but in the end we were able to have dinner as well and the service was also nice in the end. At lunch, the scenario repeated itself, but this time we were sent away because we arrived at 12:00 and the restaurant didn't open until 13:00, so we had to wait. The hotel has a lot of potential, but there are many things that should be thought about to make it a really good 5* hotel. More on instagram @larmarluxury.

Beautiful modern rooms. Nice common areas, maybe a little tired but well maintained. Handled connecting room request well. Amazingly friendly staff went above and beyond for our family, can't put a price tag on that. Immediately adjacent to modern Maleeva tennis facility which is open to public. Hotel buffet breakfast was an A which is hard to find in Bulgaria. Hotel dinner was only mediocre but several decent restaurants nearby. One complaint - parking is a typical EE free-for-all.

Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior but they were no issue once explained.Front desk staff is with excellent communication and customer service skills. English is spoken throughout. The gym and spa area are immaculate with an on call masseurs. The property is located next to a great forest/park, one of the oldest in Sofia and it will take you 30 min to downtown if youre willing to have an adventure. Excellent for traveling with pets. I highly recommend this hotel! It was my home away from home for a week and i will most definitely be back! Thank you Maison

Really nice hotel the staff, rooms, restaurant were great but the gym, pool and spa facilities were brilliant. This will become our default hotel in Sofia
