We went for my birthday the spa was amazing massage good food and drink cheap very good location room had everything you need and very warm considering it was snowing! Lovely place to stay! They sorted us an extra room last minute and prices were more than fair for what you get! ENGLISH FRIENDLY!

This was a lovely spa. The villa was very roomy with a patio. There was a beautiful outdoor pool area. We stayed for 1 night and used the indoor facilities which included indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, and locker room. The next day we had massages. Breakfast and the indoor spa were included in the price of the room. The restaurant was good quality. It was a very nice stay and reasonable.

Really difficult to find this hotel, as it is located behind a petrol station on a busy ring road and their signage is not brilliant. The whole place is very odd, reception area felt very unwelcoming and the receptionist was bruque and frosty. The room was quite big, basic and tired, not well maintained though clean. Hate glass fronted bathrooms, so glad we were only staying one night. The strangest restaurant we've ever been in ... indoor mock courtyard with fake trees and taxidermied grouse .... and plenty of dust! However the food was acceptable and the service was okay, if rather frosty and impersonal. Buffet breakfast was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall not an experience we'd happily to be repeated.

great value for a spa hotel and location and views were amazing despite its location next to a busy motorway, the room itself was massive but the spa facilities were amazing , breakfast in the morning was good

Not pleasant feeling after this visit. The room wasn’t clean enough. Was cold inside. The blanket had yellow spots. After one night only had to leave this place and to find better accommodation. By the way spa/pool/sauna/massage were good.

Great holiday in this hotel. Friendly staff all over the hotel, the pool area was very pleasant, sport on TV (for me that was a bonus!), really good and well-priced food and a nice big room. The only thing that let it down was the issue in the bathroom and the fact that the room didn’t quite have everything in it that it should have done. Breakfast was usually good, with a variety of food but a couple of mornings everything was cold. Local supermarkets nearby and good access to the bus that takes you up the mountain. Would happily visit again! Thank you

Easy to say that, it was super nasty hotel. Reception with crazy bad attitude, wanted to take our passport for the stay. But it’s our only ID as non Bulgarians. Then the room was so bad! And it was the upgraded room. They have the focus and the Sofia football ball and don’t give anything for the guest. We wanted to have a wedding there, and corona killed it.. we are so happy corona stopped it.

really good hotel , bit out of the way on a busy road, but good links to vitosha, spa was amazing and breakfast was ok, room was nice and spacious, door could be a bit loud, bus 111 stops not far, also a petrol station outside and supermarket 5 minute walk
